Underwear such as panties, socks, tights, erotic lingerie, and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene requirements related to the nature of these products.
Swimwear may be returned only if the hygiene strip is intact.

Every shipment includes an option for inspection.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders are accepted 24/7 through the online order form, as well as via e-mail: office@avangardshop.bg.

You can also place an order by phone at +359 89 2 94 00 44 during business hours
(Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

After placing an order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation at the registered e-mail address.
If you have not received an e-mail, please contact us. It is possible that the order was not successfully completed.

A company representative will contact the customer to confirm and clarify the order details.
Orders are not shipped before all details are confirmed.
If you have a missed call from us, please return the call.

Orders are processed and shipped via Econt Express and Speedy AD on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

An order will not be shipped if the customer fails to confirm it after contact by phone, e-mail, or Viber.


BONUS

For orders over €75FREE DELIVERY to an Econt or Speedy office.
For Speedy deliveries, the customer is charged an additional 0.6% of the order value.


WHOLESALE TERMS

Registration on the website as a wholesale customer is required.
After registration, please call +359 892 94 00 44 or send an e-mail to office@avangardshop.bg to confirm your registration.
Once approved, you will see only products with wholesale prices.

Minimum initial order: three full size series of one or more products.

We issue VAT invoices and ship via Econt or Speedy with cash on delivery.

Free delivery does not apply to wholesale customers.
Wholesale orders are not processed on Mondays.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Avangardshop.bg offers the possibility to return a product and receive a refund if you are not satisfied, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, with original factory packaging and preserved quality characteristics.

Products eligible for return must not have undergone any additional processing such as ironing, washing, cutting, or any action that compromises product integrity, including removal of original labels.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and the purchase amount becomes non-refundable.

In case of return or size exchange, courier costs are borne by the customer.
In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products, shipping costs are covered by the seller.

Packages sent with cash on delivery for returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Exchange for a different product with a different price or catalog number is not allowed.
Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned product.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY IF AN INVOICE IS PROVIDED.

Products may be returned within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt to the following addresses:

  • Aksakovo – Econt office (Nadezhda district, 1 Kapitan Petko Voyvoda St.)

  • Aksakovo – Speedy office (Kapitan Petko Voyvoda St., Market shop No. 3)

No additional fees apply for bank refunds.

Deliveries are made nationwide via Econt or Speedy, from Monday to Friday, to the office or address specified by the customer.

Delivery costs:

  • Orders up to €75 – according to courier tariff, at the customer’s expense

  • Orders over €75FREE DELIVERY to an Econt or Speedy office (does not apply to wholesale customers)

Delivery is made within 3 business days after order confirmation by phone or e-mail.
During promotional campaigns, delivery may take 5–7 business days.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company.
